Ella Legros’ Sen’X illuminator range is ideal for breast cancer screening and diagnosis. These mammography illuminators takes into account all the specific characteristics of this tricky examination. A set of blackout curtains, along with high-frequency electronic ballasts and high-luminance tubes, make it possible to adjust the light output from 1,500 to over 7,000 cd/m2.
These illuminators offer optimal reading conditions for medical personnel, thanks to their “daylight” type light source, less aggressive for the eyes and avoiding any dazzling effects when interpreting films. Control of our industrial processes guarantees uniformity that complies with the regulatory requirements.
Sen’X range illuminators have a 3 mm-thick acrylic diffuser screen and can be easily wall-mounted using fixing slots on the back of the device. Easy to use, they light up using an electronic dimmer switch and their 10/10 epoxy-treated sheet metal box frames (with anodised aluminium uprights) enable easy cleaning.
