The design of a neonatal transport structure follows a precise process. All solutions are modeled in 3D to create a manufacturing plan based on the requested specifications.
Tested solutions:
Médipréma has several test rooms to validate its solutions. The company also works with a network of external laboratories, the Nite transport incubator has been subjected to a crash test in a Cofrac laboratory to obtain a 10G EN1789 certification.
Certified solutions:
Médipréma meets the requirements of the ISO 13485 quality system. This system is regularly audited. The company also has an ISO 14001 certification, the company wanted to actively engage in the continuous improvement of its environmental performance. All our structures are validated by a CE marking. We offer our consumers complete structures validated by the 10G EN1789 and 20G DO160 resistance calculations on transport structures.
Designed and manufactured in France:
The Nite transport incubator and all the medipréma structures are designed and manufactured in the médipréma factory based in the
Loire Valley. This allows médipréma to guarantee the quality and reliability of its devices by controlling the entire production chain
.
EXAMPLE OF AN AIRBORNE REALIZATION – TAILOR-MADE DESIGN
Structure specially designed for Airbus EC 135 helicopters:
• Structure made entirely of aluminum (3x lighter than steel). Less than 90Kg for the complete structure equipped with 1 Nite transport incubator, 1 EVE Stephan ventilator (with integrated compressor for air supply), 1 X3 Philips monitor, 2 Agilia Fresenius infusion pumps, 1 external battery and 2 gas cylinders of 1m3.
• For airborne structures that need to be disconnected from the dedicated trolley for installation in the aircraft, safety straps allow the structure to be secured to any other trolley available in the unloading area.
• Optimal solution for the requirements of air transport with interoperability (space and weight optimized).
