Neonatal phototherapy: what impact on exchange transfusions?

Since the introduction of the tunnel in your department, have you observed a decrease in the use of exchange transfusions?
If so, in what proportion?

After the introduction of high-intensity phototherapy at the O’bloo tunnel, there has indeed been an exceptional reduction in exchange transfusions. I dare say that now we have one or two parents maximum.
