Methods Technician M/F – Medical Devices

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will define and implement the manufacturing ranges of the products and the associated technical documents in compliance with regulatory standards.

You will also analyze manufacturing performance to identify sources of optimization, while ensuring regulatory compliance, quality, and industrial efficiency.

Job description:
  • Update production routing, bills of materials, tooling and instruction sheets.
  • Improve manufacturing processes in collaboration with the design office, quality, regulatory,
    purchasing, subcontractors and suppliers (optimization of costs, deadlines and quality).
  • Ensure the follow-up of actions related to change requests (change control).
  • Updating of industrial validation files.
  • Provide technical support to the various workshops.
  • Technical feasibility study.
  • Creation of items, routings and bills of materials under ERP CEGID.
  • Creation of manufacturing files (ranges, bills of materials, administrative sheets, tool sheets,
    self-control sheets).
  • Design of tooling and manufacturing programs (production, assembly, control).
  • Training of operators in new methods and procedures.
  • Drawing of 3D models for industrialization.
  • Participation in project reviews.
  • Participation in internal and external meetings related to industrializations.
  • Ensure compliance with customer commitments.
  • Bring the continuous improvement methodology (Lean, 5S, problem solving).
