Médipréma has used all its know-how to develop a radiant incubator that meets the technical and ergonomic requirements of healthcare staff. Both a resuscitation table and an open incubator, the Fabie incubator offers gentle and stable heat to newborns thanks to radiant heating by quartz transmitter.

To do this, médipréma has developed a real air mode (expressed in degrees Celsius), identical to closed incubators that takes into account variations in the environment to automatically control the heating power and indicate the temperature (in °C) at the child’s level.

Practical and functional, the medipréma radiant incubator allows the medical team to treat newborns in the best conditions. The required heat supply is always ensured, without disturbance by nuisance alarms. Its ergonomic protective screens facilitate access for the child and numerous drain and pipe holes are integrated to facilitate care.

PERFORMANCE

REGULATION DE LA TEMPERATURE

• Air mode from 20°C to 39°C (with safe access below 28° and above 37°C). The tables offer a real air mode identical to closed incubators: temperature sensors take into account variations in the environment to automatically control the heating power and indicate the temperature (in °C) at the child’s level
• Cutaneous mode from 35°C to 38°C (with safe access beyond 37°C)
• Tenderness mode: mode suitable for skin-to-skin sessions
• Heating off mode: stop heating with maintenance of the child’s skin temperature monitoring

RADIANT HEATING by quartz emitter

• Rapid temperature rise = 10 minutes (from 25° to 36° for a control temperature at 37°)
• Heating level indicator on the control screen: progress bar and % value
• Responsiveness to environmental variations
• Homogeneous heating throughout the sleeping surface
• Heating power: 600 W (power consumption: 900VA)
• Peripheral temperature measurement (optional)

Built-in O2 ANALYZER (probe optional) with measuring scale from 0 to 100%, adjustable low and high thresholds from 20 to 99%

APGAR TIMER with dual “beep” sounds at 1, 3, 5 and 10 minutes

AUDIBLE AND VISUAL ALARMS: Advanced alarm management system.
3 groups of visual and audible alarms have been defined according to the degree of urgency of intervention for the comfort of the newborn and the medical team.

CONTROL BOX with LCD screen at eye level allowing good visibility of data and alarms. Possibility to view information in the form of curves in real time (monitoring). All recorded data can be downloaded to PC for processing or archiving
